UB Wi-Fi ACCESS
Method 1: Login to eduroam
Visitors whose schools participate in eduroam can connect to eduroam at UB. Configure your device while still at your school. Once at UB:
- Select eduroam from the available Wi-Fi networks.
- Log in using your school email address and password.
Contact your school’s IT support for help using eduroam at UB, not UB’s IT support.
You are bound by the host institution’s network and security policies. Some services may not be available if they rely on something prohibited or blocked by UB. eduroam is a secure Wi-Fi network.
Method 2: Create a UB Wi-Fi Guest Account (30-minute access to UB_Connect)

Presentation Information
All rooms have integrated Windows PCs, 4k Laser projectors, and hand-held or lapel microphones.
HDMI laptop connections and wireless AirMedia options available for personal devices.
MAC and PC users MUST supply their own adapters IF they do not have HDMI.
Laser pointers and slide advancers are NOT supplied, please consider bringing your own.
Need to Print a Poster while in Buffalo?
Call or email the East Aurora UPS store and speak to an associate about printing.
Store5490@theupsstore.com or 716-652-1580. If ordered now, the poster can be sent to the UPS store closer to the Medical School Conference Venue which is 266 Elmwood Ave. Buffalo, NY. The cost will be about $54 per poster or less depending on the size.
Poster Specifications
Dimension of poster boards: 4ft tall x 8ft wide (horizontal format). The posters can be of size 4ft tall x 6ft wide or smaller (horizontal format). The material for the boards is foamcore. You can use pushpins on it, but please no tape or adhesive material of any kind. We will provide the pushpins.
